The Software Maintenance and Upgrades Service assure full responsibility for the optimum functioning of the system, keeping the system upgraded from the technology aspect.

Improvements and add-ons performed to the Kernel system for other projects are also supplied through this service.

This service also assures the optimal performance of the system after installation, considering the normal growth and the possibility of execution of continuous add-ons and changes by the local team.

This service also includes the development of new games for our platform. And the full responsibility on new additions/functions that may be requested by our customer.

The Software Maintenance and Upgrades Services include:

• Operating System Upgrades, according to the latest releases issued by suppliers.
• Development of games on an yearly basis
• Telephone consultancy.
• Site visits as required.
