Project Management

This service includes the management of the complete process of bringing the system on line. Services are executed by Senior Project Manager with experience in the relevant area (Software, Hardware, Commercial, Marketing, etc.).

The tasks included in the Project Management are:

• Technical specifications of the central system.
• Supervision of the Central System installation.
• Assistance in survey of sites (agencies or parlors) (Definitions of goals and methodology).
• Terminals installation supervision.
• General logistics.
• Definition of personnel profiles for local operation, including assistance in recruitment.
• Co-ordination and supervision of contractors that participate in start-up of the system.
• Co-ordination and supervision of personnel staff.
• Assessment in the purchase and supply of consumable products.
• Advise in the matters of formation of consortium, selection of retailers, sales promotion, among others.
