System Functions

Multigame™ goes beyond meeting traditional gaming needs and it is based on predefined functions and parameters. Financial and Statistical Reports

Configuration & Parametrization

Multigame™ allows configuring almost any parameter used at the definitions level, including the following among others:

  • Communications
  • Type and class of lines of communications
  • List of terminals per “Channel” or communications thread (32, 16 or 1 direct line)
  • Retry times and communications timeouts
  • Licensing
  • Number of terminals connected to the system
  • Administration
  • Hierarchies for management and administration
  • Software parameters
  • Components redundancy
  • Communications servers
  • Transaction processors
  • Components network parameters

There are many parameters and variables that control the logic of the most important tasks of the games process and administration, including:

  • The bet price
  • Minimum ticket price
  • Maximum amount in bets
  • Maximum amount per ticket to be paid at the terminals, above this figure a voucher will be issued for payment through a Bank or other agency.
  • Type of cancellation allowed: X number of last tickets or X last minutes.
  • The age of the ticket, to receive a prize (in number of days, above which only a voucher will be given).

Financial and Statistical Reports

The system offers a large number of reports; all of them can be displayed on screen or printed out.
The following is a partial list of the predefined reports:

  • Terminals activity: Sales, Payments and Cancellations carried out by each terminal. These reports may be requested by time period varying from minutes, hours, days or even months.
  • Betting distribution. Detailed per day.
  • Dividend calculations.
  • Sales statistics.
  • Statements per Day, Season, etc.
  • Tickets with pending payment.
  • Per terminal Balances and Statements.
  • Tickets paid.
  • Betting dividends.

Database Engine

Multigame system is based on ORACLE™, a standard relational database with an SQL interface. This database supplies an administration system of great versatility and high performance.

Oracle™ has been designed to support distributed environments on a large scale and to make use of fail tolerance, multiprocessing, protected memory, multitasking characteristics and multiplatform availability. Oracle™ offers a security scheme that is highly configurable and integrated with Windows Clients.

Oracle™ allows for access to and generates, in a friendly form, user screens and a full range of statistical and financial reports.
