WSI is a global technology supplier to the gaming industry, providing software, networks and support services for online lottery systems, server-based gaming devices and video lottery terminals. We offer a full range of technology services, including design, assembly, installation, operation and maintenance of its systems.

WSI has a wide experience within the lottery market where it has managed the deployment of traditional online lottery systems for regulated national lotteries across the world.

Company profile

The initial company was set up in 1996 to manufacture and operate lottery systems.

The company introduced its first online lottery systems in 1997 and processed billions of transactions in several countries across three continents.

In February 2005, the business was completely restructured. The initial founders and management bought out key assets, including the IP rights and technical expertise, and set up a new company, WIN Systems International, in Delaware.

Anticipating the trend towards server-based systems, the company focused its R&D efforts on developing an innovative platform for the VLT market. The resulting platform provides a server-based central determination system with downloadable games.

WSI has designed, deployed, and operated profitable systems across the world.

Over the past 10 years, it has continuously evolved, refine and expand the product line ahead of market demand simultaneously reducing implementation and deployment costs. This has resulted in a profitable operation with a strong base of existing customers, able to support new projects, product enhancements and rapid growth.
